My creativity coaching and process arts background has enabled me to lead numerous expressive painting workshops in Pittsburgh. I live in Western Pennsylvania and offer distance and in person Reconnective Healing sessions by request. |

Extended Bio
Solas Healing Arts was founded in 2022 as a holistic path to wellness that empowers your body, mind, and soul.
Each technique and modality I have learned has led me to discovering that wholeness and wellness is not a thing to do, but a way of being and an ART. I believe there is no separation between the body and the mind, so I can't put healing into compartments called, "Mind/Body/Spirit", but if I had to speak to these areas, here are my thoughts: For the Mind: Personal coaching serves as framework to deepen self-awareness and use language for conscious creating. We get to find new solutions for working with the inevitable resistance that arrives when we set out to accomplish something meaningful. We can re-code sabotaging patterns by "tagging and treating" them with metaphoric language, which is the language of the subconscious. There's no need to rehash or re-experience past traumas. For the Soul/Spirit: Creativity is your true nature. It's not just about art making. It's about allowing your inner emotions and ideas live outside the body and take shape in the 3D. What we let go of on the canvas allows us to make space for new thoughts, new ways of being and love. Expressive arts can be an essential part of your personal medicine journey. For your Whole and Infinite Self: Reconnective Healing reaches all of the above bringing currents of healing frequencies through your energy field, which extends outward from your body. Your energy body is a beautiful thing that co-creates your healing when in you are in a receptive state. The divine, healing frequencies that exist in the universe are there to be channeled for your healing and highest good.
